This listing is for 2 SEPARATE CONDOS in the same building (6 condos total in the building): - The first home ("The Bluebird") is on the main level - NO STAIRS (great for Grandma and Grandpa!). The second home ("The Hilltop") is a walk-down unit - one flight of stairs DOWN - The lower unit is directly BENEATH the walk-in unit - Enjoy having your whole group nearby with plenty of space to spread out, but still be able to separate as needed! - There is one unit ABOVE the walk-in unit that is NOT part of this listing. EACH beautifully decorated condo has the following (so multiply everything by 2): - 3 bedrooms (King, King, & Single over Queen bunk) & 2 full bathrooms - Sofa bed in the Living Room (sleeps 2) - Fully stocked kitchen - Open concept dining and living area - Deck (main level unit) and Patio (lower level unit) - Beautiful hillside views! - Fun tabletop family games - 65" 4K Smart TV in living room. No cable provided, so plan to login to the streaming service of your choice! :) - Smart Roku TV's in each bedroom - High speed Wi-Fi - Kitchen equipped with all stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster, blender, dishes & utensils, kids dishes, drip coffee pot - Starter pack of K-cups and creamer provided - Coffee grounds and filters provided - Fresh linens, comfy bedding, towels - In-home laundry room - Soap, Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner all provided - Starter supply of bathroom tissue and paper towels provided - Laundry and dishwasher detergents provided - Access to the community swimming pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day (this does get busy in the warm season!) - Free first-come first-served parking. Parking lot DOES GET FULL in the busy season (March - December). Please limit your party to 4 vehicles. Absolutely no smoking allowed in the home! Extra cleaning fee will be charged. We love our homes! Any damages to the home and property (including stained bedding, towels, broken dishes, etc.) will be charged to the guest upon checkout. $50 fee for late checkout Welcome to Hillside Hideout! :) Full access to both condominium units! There are a couple of closets that are locked for owner's supplies. We live in Springfield, which is just up the road from Branson. You and your family deserve a 5-star stay, and we hope to provide that for you. Should ANYTHING come up during your stay, we are here to help you - we're just a phone call away. The Hillside Hideout consists of two beautiful condominiums located at The Vinyards, a complex that lies right between Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City, and the Branson Strip. Conveniently located yet tucked away on a scenic hillside. There will be other vacationers and some local residents around you while you're here. Enjoy! The buildings are three levels, so you can expect to hear footsteps and other sounds above you that would be typical in any apartment or condo complex.

Property was perfect for our group of 13 adults. Absolutely loved having 2 units. Roomy enough for us all to eat/hang out together in 1 unit. Spacious enough for everyone to separate during down time. The day before our stay, the host contacted us to let us know of 2 issues that arose. Trash was piling up at the complex dumpsters and the pool was unavailable due to maintenance issues. The host apologized, explained the situations, gave us alternatives for water activities and offered to reimburse us if we decided to go to the city’s Aquaplex. The pool issue was resolved while we were there and the host communicated updates to us continually. We were able to enjoy the pool just perfectly! When we woke up our first morning, we had a message from the host recommending a breakfast place! I’ve never dealt with a host quite as accommodating as this kind couple. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Everyone in my family enjoyed the stay, from oldest to youngest, 8-78. It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all utensils needed to make a family meal. Conveniently located and great views, specially for morning walks. EXCELLENT.

The hosts were awesome, and easy to communicate with. Check in and out was smooth as silk. All of the mattresses were very comfortable, the bedding was also very nice. Units were spotless. They seemed to have thought of everything. There were mini foose ball and pool tables in the closets of both units, the kids played with them everyday. We noticed a playpen, highchair, and stroller in the master closet, our kids are older, but what a great idea for parents with young children who may have forgotten something during the hectic vacation launch! All of the dishes and linens were clean and nice, they even included nice little plastic cups, plates, bowls, and cutlery for younger children. There was coffee, hand soap, dish and laundry pods all onsite. The hosts really were amazing! Thank you for a great stay.

We had a conference to attend, and 12 of us wanted to be able to be together while we weren't in the conference, so we thought condos would be better than individual hotel rooms. We were right! The condos were clean, spacious enough for what we needed, and was just what we wanted! Easy to access, easy to check in and check out too. Beautiful area! We may be staying again sometime!
