New paint, pool update, and other updates throughout! 60 Ocean Course Drive is a light, airy, three-story home beside a tranquil Island lagoon on Kiawah’s private eastern edge. Some highlights of the home include: - Multiple tiers of outdoor living spaces - Heated pool, spa, and summer kitchen - Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows - Third-floor media room, home office, and two balconies - Two-bedroom guesthouse with living room Located enviably close to the world-renowned Ocean Course, the exquisite cedar-shingle home at 60 Ocean Course Drive was impeccably constructed with fine finishes and details, from the gorgeous white casing and trim, to the window-lined staircase with its delicate iron balustrade to the wide-plank, dark-stained hardwood flooring that extends through all three levels. Step into the sunlit, two-story foyer, and you’ll discover an airy, high-ceiling interior streaming with natural light. On the first level, you’ll find the spacious living room with its full bar, stone fireplace, and library nook of rich wood; a separate sunlit dining room; a white, windowed kitchen with center island open to a breakfast room with its own fireplace and sundeck; and a study with built-in library bookshelves and fireplace. Ascend to the second level to explore the spacious master bedroom with its two walls of windows and bath with pristine standalone soaking tub, his and hers vanities and walk-in closets, and generously sized separate shower. Completing this level are a stair-top loft space, two ensuite guest bedrooms, and laundry room. The top level is spectacular with a window-lined home office with its own fireplace, and a media room, also with its own fireplace, currently set up as an additional guest suite. Each enjoys its own third-story balcony overlooking the stunning views of the serene lagoon and vast marsh. Bedding: Main house: 3 king bedrooms and a double bedroom Guest house: 1 king bedroom, bedroom with two twins (share a bathroom and small living space) Pool can be heated for an additional $175 per day (four day minimum required). No smoking, no pets, and no events will be permitted, no exceptions. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required. As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted. Town of Kiawah Island Business License #RBL21-000162, max occupancy 14, 3 driveway parking spots, fines issued by Town of $150 and up for additional vehicles and prohibited vehicles, guests are responsible for fines incurred

There’s plenty of room to gather but also niches for finding private time to read or just to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The location was with easy access to the beach, bicycle paths, and lovely marsh views, exactly what we were looking for. The pool was larger than most, and was a perfect way to relax after a hard day at golf and the beach. We saw turtles hatching on the beach, alligators sunning, and incredible marsh birds fishing. We had a small maintenance issue that was resolved so quickly; I could never get maintenance that fast at my own home! Very impressive response!

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary...many, many special memories were made! Thank you!

We had a large family gathering at the house which provided ample room for multi-generations. We enjoyed the pool, and beach every day. The large kitchen area and great room were perfect for us to gather. The internet access was a problem for at least half of the stay, but once the problem was Identified it worked fine. The property managers were very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience at this location was quite good. However upon arrival, the house was very hot and the pool, pool deck and pool furniture littered with tree debris. Having owned a pool for 30 years, skimming pool bottom and sweeping off the furniture was a chore I didn't think I should have to do, but did it anyway. Also first bedroom on second floor to left of laundry was always hot. Called A/C guy and he said the thermostat outside that room was not used. Also door locks on guest and main house very difficult to lock and open. For the price, have stayed at better houses on the beach at Hilton Head, but enjoyed the restaurants, golf courses and the island in general
