Ideal family appartment to explore Leon

Excellent location (everything in walking distance) and ideal for a family. Comfortable and clean appartment.

Nothing to complain, just one remark: though located in barreiro humedo there were no wine glasses in the kitchen 😎

Short stay in Leon - we moved on.

Great location in old Leon with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to many of the historic locations of the city.

Rooms were very compact and decor tired. Some equipment was broken. Old mattress in the hanging space.

Great location, poorly managed

Location was amazing, in the middle of the barrio humido was great. Directions from the host to find the property were good. He offered to suggest bars/restaurants, which we didn't need because we knew where we were going.

The form filling, copying passports and completing forms on line prior to checking in is a complete stress- unpleasant and unnecessary. I understand that personal info is required in advance of check-in in Spain, however in this case it feels like as the guest is acting as an unpaid receptionist. It also assumes that the guest has constant access to wifi/mobile signal, which is not always the case. The stairwell was not cleaned or swept for the entire time of our visit,. Dust, grime and paper accumulated on the stairs un-noticed by staff or management. We had a problem with the temperature in the room (too hot), and reported that the thermostat wasn't working. They said they would report it, but we never heard back from anyone.

Temporary faults but great

The place was nice overall except for some minor and temporary faults. It's neat and tidy. The owner is great over the phone.

There is a big construction going on from early in the morning's until late in the day and there are people who can look directly into your room so we had to keep the shutters down almost the entire time. The site also made a lot of noise. The washing machine was also faulty.

Lage war im historischen Zentrum

Wir hatten Zimmer 1A im 1.Stock mit den Fenstern zur Strasse. Es war nachts sehr laut durch die Passanten. Das Apartment ist abgewohnt, die Wände könnten einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Der Taubenkot vor den Fenstern sollte entfernt werden
