Accueil très sympathique et facile avec Célia.
Le Logement est propre à notre arrivée.
Vue magnifique sur la plage avec accès direct.
Piscine agréable

Équipé de volets, le logement est assez bien insonorisé.
Le logement est parfait pour un cours séjour.
Le lit d appoint (canapé convertible) est vraiment inconfortable.
Le Matelas est très fin et le sommier se laisse aller.
4 mauvaises nuits dommage.
Un Barbecue est annoncé, il s'agit en fait d une petite plancha électrique (vraiment très petite).

Der Erstkontakt (und weitere) lief über WhatsApp. Diese Erstinformationen waren zufriedenstellend und ausreichend. Der Übergebende kam schnell zur Unterkunft zwecks Übergabe. Die Unterkunft und deren Inhalt wurde erklärt.
Die Kontaktperson wechselte über die Aufenthaltsdauer. Direkter, schneller Kontakt war über WhatsApp nicht mehr gegeben. Der Kontakt lief nun indirekter über den Booking.com-Server. Bei der Abreise hatten wir keinen direkten Übergabekontakt mehr. Wir haben die Wohnung, fristgerecht, vertragskonform verlassen, den Schlüssel innen stecken lassen und den Vermieter per Booking.com-E-Mail informiert. Der Empfang wurde bestätigt. Offensichtlich war das ausreichend, wir hatten keinen weiteren Kontakt mehr zum Vermieter.

Der Strand ist nur 50m von der Unterkunft.
Leider war das Schlafsofa extrem unbequem und hat bei jeder kleinen Bewegung geknarzt. Von der Lage her war die Residenz zwar direkt am Meer, jedoch weit entfernt von den guten Stränden.

La posizione è molto vicina al mare quindi estremamente comoda. Non altrettanto vicina a supermercato e farmacia, dunque dopo il nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto organizzare i pit stop da fare prima del rientro. Per il resto è andato tutto bene.
Non c'è il servizio di pulizie, nemmeno a pagamento. Si trova l'alloggio perfettamente pulito all'arrivo, ma durante il soggiorno bisogna pulire da soli.

The property itself it’s still under construction but overall is really nice, the apartments are newly furnished, spacious enough and comfortable. The view was great and the surrounding is nice and quiet.
The only thing we didn’t quite like is that for our 7 days long stay, we didn’t get a change of towels and sheets and nobody came to clean the apartment.

Good location near the beach, had all the supplies I needed for a one week vacation. Pleasant staff
The only bed was a sleeper sofa and was pretty uncomfortable as you would expect.

The apartment and it’s furnishing were still pretty new (Sept. 2021), it’s kitchen very well equipped and it’s location close to several beaches.
The compound was not yet finished. During two days of our stay work with heavy machinery was taking place right in front of the terrace, disgusting smell of sewerage remained constantly outside the front door and revegetation was in a very early state, all things which hopefully might not affect future guests.

Nice new apartments, everything you need is there, very helpful people (Manu), perfect Location directly at the sea, big Supermarket 10minutes away, very quiet and clean, big beach where you easily find a spot to be all alone.

Nothing at all !
Small studio, smelly, no air-co in sleeping room, outside area so close to neighbors' that you do not have any privacy and when they are loudy you have to go inside or start arguing on your holidays.
