L'appartement était spacieux et bien situé. La grande terrasse est super et bien située. Vue sur le port, la grande roue le manège etc. Parfois des animations (concert, spectacles de rue) sont visibles depuis la terrasse.
La vétusté de l'appartement (plaintes décollées, tâches au sol, trou dans le mur de la salle de bain). L'isolation des vitres est médiocre ! Que les fenêtres soient ouvertes ou fermées revient au même. Et autant vous dire qu'avec le port il y a de l'activité et du bruit toute la nuit. Aussi, l'appartement n'est absolument pas équipé pour la chaleur (3 couchages 1 seul ventilateur inefficace) bruit d'un avion mais 0 vent. En plus il n'y a ni rideaux ni volets dignes de ce nom. Seulement des persiennes qui grincent et n'occultent pas la lumière du tout. Nous avons passé 2 semaines à dormir dans la chaleur sans rien pour se rafraîchir et à la lumière du jour. Très éreintant. Des bips qui ne fonctionnent pas tous, des codes d'accès à la résidence coupés à partir d'une certaine heure (on ne nous a pas prévenu de ça avant d'avoir été à la rue un soir avec mon enfant). Sachez également qu'il y a des rats dans les couloirs où on prend l'ascenseur. Les restaurateurs bloquent les allées du parking la nuit avec leurs sacs poubelles et chaises. Tous les parkings aux abords sont payants (nous avions 2 voitures et une seule place dans la résidence malgré ma demande par téléphone on ne m'a jamais indiqué que tout était payant autour !!!) Et pour finir pour l'accès à la piscine il faut des bracelets que nous avons dû chercher dans l'appartement sans avoir été prévenu de ça par l'agence mais par la sécurité de la piscine.
