location was great! view was incredible! we got a room for 2 and our small dog, with an outside bathroom. the staff at reception was so friendly and spoke perfect English. and the price is just unbelievably good. would definitely go back again :)
only downside is that there is no lift, but they are currently building one. and our room smelt a bit like smoke ://

Location was excellent, room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view :)
Stairs :( Carrying luggage was a challenge.

The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bed and enough room to stay for a night.
The "this is my first day" receptionist guy tried his best to help with my problems.
The hotel advertised "parking garage with electric car charger" - I chosen them because this - but described only in the confirmation message, that it's a public parking garage 7 minutes walk from the hotel and must be payed separately. "Just" 18€/day at the reception, becaise "they have a contract with the garage". But it's exactly the same price at the garage for anybody.
And besides the EV chargers in the garage were out of order :(
Even if the reservation already payed and covered by Booking, they asked for a credit card data.
So, at the and I feel a bit scammed :(
