The location is perfect, close to Mamila and the old city, supermarkets etc.
It fitted well our family of 11 comfortably.
Yonatan was an excellent host and quickly replied to our queries.

We were given a door code for entrance …it was seamless. Yonatan was a text or phone call away with any question. The place was comfortable for my daughter’s family of four, and my husband and I and we even hosted my other daughter and her husband for a few nights. We were comfortable. I cooked just one night and found everything that I needed (except the food, of course!!) The place was well stocked with bedding and towels and has a great little washer/dryer with detergent that was supplied for our convenience. It was a fantastic location. Walking distance to most popular destinations in the city!! Loved our time! Oh -also loved the balcony space…perfect for my morning coffee before everyone woke up!!

Lovely apartment and great location. We were only two people and it was a last minute need but I can imagine a family having a wonderful stay here! Host was very easy to communicate with!

The location was amazing and the apartment was equipped with everything one would need such as shampoo, soap, detergent, plates, coffee, etc.
The facade of the building is brand new so upon entering, we assumed the apartment would be as well. Inside it is a bit worn and could use a refresh. There was a strong odor both inside and in the lobby. We told Jonathan about this and he said he would send someone but no one ever showed up.

The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom apartment is big and spacious with ample space for 10 people, well maintained, and very good facilities provided. Yonatan responded very quickly to our many messages, and was always helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our requests.The view from the apartment of the beautiful gardens below was stunning, and the location outstanding - very close to Mamilla mall, a short walk to Jaffa Gate, a small shop close by and 2 supermarkets a few minutes walk. The facilities both inside the apartment and the building are excellent - lots of beds, extra stacking chairs, folding tables, heaps of towels, coffee pod machine, sandwich maker, lots of crockery and cutlery, reliable aircon, dishwater, washing machine and dryer, plus parking, security, couches in the foyer and swimming pool with life guard.
One of the beds in the main bedroom sagged and wasn't comfortable, the furniture and layout of the furniture did not allow the windows in the living room to open up, the invasive camera in your face, there was no toaster to make plain old toast (although I noticed that in other accommodation in Israel there was none either), the pool was only open for a few hours per day, the light switches were very confusing and several times while trying to turn off lights, the lights switched on in bedrooms and woke up sleeping people - it would useful to add labels in English in addition to Hebrew or a separate guide sheet for the lights. There was also construction noise which wasn't unbearable but was noticeable especially in the mornings.

It’s very clean, comfortable, valuable for the money. In terms of location, literally 2 minutes to the Mamila shopping area and it’s relatively close to old city of Jerusalem (within manageable walking distance).
If you use the Apartament name on google map, the map will show you an inaccurate position. Use the address (street name and door number) the owner has provided rather than the general apartment name.

The location is perfect, a few minutes away from Jaffa Gate. The host is very responsive and is an example of how to host.
Everything was good. Just the shades in the living room have to be repaired but it didn't affect that much our pleasant stay.

Location was perfect esp having an 84 year old Mom with us. The church, Old Jerusalem, mall, market were a leisurely walk away. The apartment was almost like home with all necessities provided. Will book this again.

the complicated electrics and appliances in need of repair or replacement. the bedrooms lacked bedside lamps, and the kitchen lacked a real toaster.
the kitchen could have benefitted from sharper knives, a colander, a salad serving bowl and some small saucepans!

Nicely decorated apartment, Can fit 3 couples or a family as contains 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and well equipt. Good location.

The apartment was ideal for our family trip to Jerusalem. The location cannot be beat! It is right across from the Mamila Mall and is a ~10 minute walk to the Jafa gate of the Old City. The apartment is extremely comfortable and has everything you need. The host, Jonathan, was so helpful in providing us with information on local restaurants and guides. I highly recommend staying here!

The beds are all singles which may suit the religious community I guess, and the beds are not great quality.

The host was excellent. Building is safe and beautiful with 24hr security. But location is the best. Central to everything you want in Jerusalem and saved us so much time and money by being able to walk ourselves.

Few minor things but worth sharing: the TV in the living room is really small and with an unstable internet connection, so this is not an amazing experience.
Also, the swimming pool in the building is most of the time closed (Opens a few hours a day), set your expectations.

The location was perfect. It was very close to the old city and other attractions. They also had parking which was fantastic. They also have an indoor pool which was limited to one hour for single party because of Covid. The manager of the apartment helped us get a spot each day for the pool. There was construction on the road leading to the hotel. I assume this will Be completed in immediate future.
The apartment needs some maintenance. The air conditioning was very noisy during the night. Sofa bed in the living room I did not work. There wasn’t enough plates and cups.

We were two families of nine people in total, who booked a vacation in Jerusalem for a very much anticipated vacation.
When we arrived to the apartment, much to our dismay, we discovered an apartment very
different from what we booked and paid for. The apartment was advertised as clean and very
well kept but in fact was completely different from the pictures advertised and was dangerous,
particularly for our small children:
1. The ladder leading to the top bunk bed was broken and the sharp wood chips were
exposed. Due to that we were forced to lower the mattress to the floor, as it would have
been impossible to use the ladder safely.
2. The floor tiles were broken
3. The walls were filthy and the paint from the walls was peeling.
4. The furniture was very dirty and the amount of dust in the sofa was enough to
exacerbate an asthma attack.
5. There were dirty towels in the washer and additional towels left in the drier.
6. There were dishes in the dishwasher (albeit clean)
7. The cupboards were very dirty from the outside
8. The washer and dryer were full of lint and dust
When we called the property owner to address these complaints he dismissed them,
claiming that the apartment was in top shape. We invited him to come have a look, but
he declined. He did offer to send a cleaning service (although that would not have
solved the shabby and dangerous conditions of the apartment) and we scheduled that
for the following morning. However, in the morning no one arrived and when we called
to inquire upon our return to the apartment four hours later, he said they were tied up
and could not come earlier and offered to send someone then.
All this left us very disappointed and ruined our vacation. We paid a lot of money for
this apartment, which, in light of the conditions of the property, was ridiculously over
priced.

This clean and spacious place is situated right above the Mamila shops making it very central for weaving in and out of the old city. The place is modern and has a well stocked kitchen and amenities. Perfect for a family that needs a few bedrooms and bathrooms and prefer the homey feel of an apartment over a hotel room.
