Good enough!

The location is very much near different food stalls and stores like Alfamart/Mini stop and Mcdo, Turks etc. Accessible and you will not get lost. The room was very big especially I was alone and the room is only for one person (but you can invite people to stay with you for a while.)

The rooms itself is not super clean. It was prepared but not super clean. There was no free bottle of water, no slippers that can be used inside the room (this was listed in the inclusions but was not there). They don't question people going in and out the hotel so sometimes its scary when you think about it. The actual look of the room is different from the pictures. But its fine, it was good enough. You can get by haha I also wish the lights are not warm yellow. The feeling of the room is gloomy and it makes you sleepy. Many people go to this hotel when they are taking the Board Exam so I hope that can change :D

Worst hotel, do not recommend. Dirty, bugs, cockroaches, stinks.

Nice lady from the staff.

The property is in a very old run down building, you go through a cluttered back room to the elevator. This is the worst part of town. Don't fall for the non-refundable booking it's a trap.

Accessible to the testing center (UE Manila); staffs were good.

I paid for 3 hours extension of check out even if my booking is primarily due to licensure exam in nearby University. I stayed the whole day in the test center. I expect some consideration.

No blankets in twin bedroom. There is one blanket with a big hole (maybe from iron).

for the money, it’s worth the stay just be sure to check the room with staff before accepting

Dirty CR & Bed linens, Didn't receive the free breakfast

Warm shower, queen bed size, near the school

Dirty CR, dirty pillows, dirty bed linens and no bidet. Also, I didn't receive the free breakfast that was included in the package, NO DEADBOLT LOCK just plain doorknob.

I reserved a room for my mother/sister with breakfast included, and the staff told that breakfast is not included, at the end, the staff told that they gave it to other person, what a horrible organization!!

Don't expect too much. Its expensive to the kind of service they render

The breakfast is late. It arrives 10 in the morning, regardless if you requested to serve it earlier.

I suggest to put a telephone per room so that if their customers need something, they don't need to go down just to see the receptionist.
