Pleasant

Accessible to schools. Covered and secured parking on a first come first serve basis. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Room is clean despite the building being old.

It was along Lacson so the trucks were too noisy, especially at night. Building itself is also a bit old. The lights inside the rooms could have been better, it was dim.

it was okay. but hope they will renovate the hotel. the photos in booking.com are all okay, but not in actual.

whole accommodation. NO INTERNET. old hotel. old facilities. CR is not okay.

You get what you pay for.

Accommodating staff and security. They all seem to be doing their best. The hotel is a bit close to the buses / stations northbound. Close to UST, 10 min ride to PRC, close to SM San Lazaro.Discounted price is just about right for what you get.

Very outdated rooms (rusted mirrors, rusted fridge, tiny dingy small table, uncomfy bed (they all.need to go).And this is supposed to be a premium room. Noticed off- putting smell at the front desk possibly due to water leaks/issues ( a water pipe burst 2hrs after we were settled and flooded the hallway and stairs). Breakfast included was rice congee (we opted to just eat out). Stayed here about 3x in the past and it really has gone down. I hope management will consider making some renos on this facility.

the location was close to my daughter’ dormitory

I will stay again but have breakfast out.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice, and even kind. The location was near where i needed to go, and they guided me there.

The Breakfast was awful. It was in the deal, but awful. Congee only every day. So sad because everything else was really good here

Exceptional

I liked how they accommodated us even we arrived very late at night. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was so tidy and the staffs were very respectful.

They only served champorado for breakfast. The room description said that it has a balcony. But the balcony they were talking about was the space outside the glass window that secures the aircondition and there was no door to access that said balcony.

Homey place to stay and pleasant service! It was exceptional for its value

The property was conveniently located at UST and nearby commuting options like the train!

The place showed signs of aging, which was understandable

Very near UST, good breakfast, and accommodating staffs.

There are no hot showers, only cold.
