Staff and security were all super nice and helpful - always being available to give assistance when possible.
Package and hotel information mentions breakfast is included/available - but this is old. There is no longer any breakfast being served ever since COVID.
No massage services either.

Short walking distance to the mall. Very near the university where I do my morning brisk walking. Clean facilities. They have daily supply of toiletries and water. Easy access to major roads and highways; made finishing my errands faster.
The toilet door jammed but the staff was able to fix it same day. Parking ramp should also be fixed; not suited for my car, scraped the bottom few times.

Very close to Super Mall. Not too busy compared to other provinces in Manila. The receptionist is very friendly and the security guard is very helpful. The receptionist called us on the phone to make sure we're doing okay.
I have so many cousins came to visit me in the hotel approximately maxium of 5 and there was no problem at all from receptionist.
