La posizione dell'hotel era ottima in quanto distava pochi metri dalla spiaggia e passeggiata lungomare. Ho dato il massimo punteggio per tutto ciò che concerne pulizia, ampiezza camera ecc. ma ciò ha superato le mie aspettative è stata la gentilezza del GrandeCapo (purtroppo non so il nome) e di Gyeonjpo il ragazzo della reception, che al contrario di tanti altri hotel parlava inglese. Il fatto. è questo: il giorno della partenza ho dimenticato nel taxi gli occhiali da sole-calamita che sovrapponevano gli occhiali da vista. Quando siamo arrivate a Seul, pur essendo convinta di averli definitivamente persi, ho chiamato l'hotel raccontando l'accaduto. A quel punto loro, con ricerche hanno rintracciato il taxi, il quale ha portato gli occhiali all'hotel, e il GrandeCapo insieme a Gyeonjpo hanno impacchettato in maniera impeccabile il tutto e spedito all'hotel di Seul dove soggiornavo e dove sarei partita il giorno successivo. Ultimo ma non ultimo,,pur chiedendo di pagare spedizione e taxi, il tutto è stato fatto gratuitamente. Mai successo in nessun'altro, dei tantissimi hotel dove sono stata, e ahimè, distratta come sono ho dimenticato cose. Ancora grazie e complimenti per un servizio clienti inappuntabile!!

Super lokalizacja przy samej plaży. Blisko bardzo smaczne jedzenie - szczególnie oferta śniadaniowa. Codziennie pokoje sprzątane i ręczniki wymieniane. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. W pokoju cicho - nie słychać hałasów z ulicy.

경포호 경포해변 강문해변 모두 도보권이라 주차걱정없이 갈 수 있어서 매우 좋았고 데스크와 청소 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하시고 항상 웃어주셔서 숙박내내 기분이 좋았어요 비싼 호텔 대비 오래됐다고느낄 수 있겠지만 깨끗하게 관리 잘 되어있고 화장실도 깨끗하고 특히현관 전실이 다른 호텔보다 훨씬 넓어서 캐리어랑 유모차 모두 두고 방을 넓게 썼어요
가격대비 너무만족이라 아쉬운 점 없습니다.
다음에 또 강릉을 간다면 또 묵고싶습니다.
창밖이 다른숙소뷰라서 계속 커텐을 치고 있었던 아쉬움

The location close to the beach.
It had a swimming pool and an elevator.
We had a korean traditional room. We are used to korean traditional futon rooms and slept numerous times on the floor and we like it. But what we experienced in the hotel was just a blanket on a hard wooden floor. We looked for more blankets and made a little more comfortable but it was still far away from a usual (even thin) futon. We are not demanding or hard to please but for that sleeping condition the price was far far too high (120 dollar/night, the week after the national holiday).
At night our room neighbors were celebrating a party with loud music and dancing, so we couldn´t sleep. We informed the lobby, but no one intervened.
We won´t come back.
