Located in Hackberry, this attractive house for $439 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. NEW Private dock and lighted fishing pier with 2 boat lifts - And a new ice machine with a 265# storage capacity This home is FISH READY on Calcasieu Lake. Bay fish as soon as you put your boat in the water or offshore fishing access is 12 miles away. You can also take a 30 minute ride to the Golden Nugget Casino, which has a pier to park your boat, and enjoy a little gambling. For the hunters in the family, world class duck hunting is available. Kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, silverware, cookware, glasses and cups. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Hand soap, dishwashing soap, hand towels and wash cloths are also available for renters use. Limited amounts of toilet paper and paper towels provided. Paper plates and plasticware must be brought by renter if desired. (There may be some there and may be used if available.) Washer and dryer is available for use. Please bring your own laundry soap. Bathrooms are furnished with bath towels and wash cloths. Please bring your toiletries. Master Bedroom furnished with: King Bed, Day Bed with Trundle, Linens, Pillows and TV 2nd bedroom furnished with: 2 Full Size Beds, Linens, Pillows and TV 3rd Bedroom furnished with 1 Full Size Bed, Day Bed with Trundle, Linens, Pillows and TV There is free WIFI available in the home as well as cable offered on all the TV’s. You will have access to your own private boat dock with 2 boat lifts and a lighted pier.

Everything about this camp is amazing. Crab and fish off the dock day or night. Ice machines were a huge plus. We just came back today and the kids are begging to come back next weekend. Camp was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the weekend. Looking forward to coming back in the future 😊

The camp surpassed our expectations! This is a very well maintained rental, which has plenty of comfortable space inside and outside for your friends & family. The rental is fully equipped, from the Keurig coffee maker, ice machine at the bar, ice machine downstairs for ice chest to keep your catch fresh, and plenty of kitchen supplies. The private pier is the perfect addition to this camp! For all these reasons, we give this rental, and Bruce Horne at 5 Star Rating! We can't wait to go back.........

I am still in awe of the week we just had at this camp with our baseball team. We all rented camps from Bruce and spent time fishing, boating, crabbing, watch LSU in the World Series and playing our World Series in Sulphur (a short drive from Hackberry). Bruce was absolutely the best host ever. From families with babies to teenagers to grandparents, all ages had a blast. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and southern fun. Literally….just book it. We WILL be back.

Perfect getaway! The house was very nice, clean, and equipped with everything needed in a quite peaceful area. Bruce was very helpful and ensured everything was good with our stay. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing from the beautiful private dock and seeing the big ships pass through the channel from the balcony. Only downside was the trip was too short! Thank you Bruce for the gumbo and boudin - it was very good!

This property was great! Great scenery of the canal, great amenities, screened in porch for boiling delicious seafood and very clean/comfortable. We were there for work, but would definitely book again for a family vacation! THANKS!

We had a great time! We spent 4 days at Bruce’s Luxury Camp. Beautiful decor comfy beds waking up to Drinking coffee on the back porch watching the dolphins play and the big ships roll by was such a relaxing experience. I called Bruce quite a few times asking questions and he was always excited about helping us out great communication overall we had a wonderful time and will be bringing our families back next time

We love it here.. Bruce goes out of his way to make things special. He even had a water slide set up for the neighborhood this week! My kids (even the big kids) had a great time on it 😆. Dock/boat lift are always such a plus. We had a great family vacation . Thx again so much!

This is the house to rent! The location was perfect and we loved being able to fish and crab without having to drive anywhere. We caught huge reds and had a wonderful time! The house is immaculate and had everything we needed. The owner, Bruce, was wonderful to work with and made sure we were taken care of. He was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We also enjoyed watching the ships pass by from the deck. We will definitely rent this house again.

Took our family to Hackberry over the Easter holidays. This Property was perfect . Great view and very well laid out. Bruce was very helpful . Browns Grocery was right around the corner if we forgot anything. Great weather was a nice bonus.

AMAZING!!

This whole location is awesome, from the camp to the pier and boat house. You can crab off the seawall, fish off the boat house pier, store your boat in slip with lift, clean your catch at the fish cleaning station, there is water at boat house to wash down your boat after a day out, lights on boathouse for night fishing, It really has it all!!! If you're looking for a 5 star camp / house to bring friends, family or for a business trip this is the place. Bruce is super helpful and has multiple rentals in this area so be sure to check out all his properties. Thanks again for everything and look forward to many more trips here.

Already wanting to go back. Bruce- goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. This is an excellent place to stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of room.
