Breakfast: Breakfast was the highlight of our mornings, with so many options that I doubt anyone could try them all.
Staff: Excellent — very polite, helpful and courteous.
Location: Excellent. The hotel is literally inside a shopping mall with numerous stores that stay open until late at night. It's also just across the road from Kuta Beach, which is amazing in the evenings.
Cleanliness: Excellent. No complaints whatsoever.
Comfort: Excellent. I loved the beds, and so did my children. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were wonderfully soft.
The only thing I would have changed was our room selection. Our room didn't have a microwave, which was a little inconvenient. I had overlooked this detail when selecting the room, so we had to go downstairs to the reception area to heat up milk for our toddler.
