La urbanización, las piscinas, la cercanía a la playa…la descripción, la amplitud, la cantidad de menaje, la limpieza…todo!

La ubicación y las instalaciones como siempre espectaculares

El apartamento muy justito en muchos aspectos, menaje, confor y, sobre todo la limpieza. No puede estar la tapa del water precintada y estar sucio. Llevo 28 años ocupando apartamentos allí y este es el peor cito, siento tener que decirlo así. Este es un sitio que ya consideramos como nuestra casa y nos ha decepcionado un poco.

Okay, aber könnte günstiger sein für das was man bekommt.

Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen fast am Ende von La Manga. Sowohl das Mittelmeer, als auch das Mar Menor sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man sich mit dem Nötigsten ausstatten kann. Kiosk & Cafeteria sind direkt an der Anlage. Ein kleiner Pool macht den Garten ganz hübsch. Freundliches Personal, unkomplizierte Kommunikation üner What'sApp. Unser Appartement hatte einen großen Balkon.

Die Küchenausstattung war zum einen sehr gering, es gab nichts, um mal ein Brötchen aufzutoasten; zum anderen war z. B. die Cafetera mit Feuchtigkeitsschimmel benetzt. Offensichtlich wird nicht gründlich kontrolliert, wie Gäste es hinterlassen. Auch das Geschirrabtropfgestell, welches im Holzschrank verbaut ist, ist nicht wirklich sauber gewesen. Wir haben nach einem Toaster gefragt, die eine Mitarbeiterin sagte, es gäbe einen, die andere erklärte uns, das sei nicht so & wir bekamen eine kleine Pfanne um Toast auf dem Herd zu toasten, hat semi-gut geklappt. Es gibt zwar immerhin einen Backofen, dieser ist aber so alt, dass er kein Umluft besitzt & selbst eine bereits aufgetaute TK-Pizza labrig lässt. Das Appartement hatte Ventilatoren, keine Klimaanlage. Bei der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit ohne Wind, war es absolut eine Herausforderung zu schlafen.
