Beautiful and spacious
Beds very good
Pool is beautiful
Clean except need to replace rusty bins and toilet holders
Has air conditioning but doesn’t state that
30e fee for late arrival i put on my arrival time on booking.com but they had an earlier time
I got a call from them explaining that they could not wait any longer as they needed to be at a different location
They sent a video of how to get our keys
It took a while to figure it out and we were tired
We still had to pay the fee
I contacted them several times about some basic information
There’s no safe and was told it was ok it very safe
We had no hot water for a few days but it didn’t bother me until I needed to wash my hair
I just thought I had to switch it on somewhere
They responded to me saying no it’s not true
Im not a liar
We had more exchanges that maid me feel like I was making it up
They sent me a picture of the boiler with a plug in it and said it needs to be plugged in
I sent them back a picture there was no plug only an empty socket
They were making me out to be a fool it was battery powered and they needed replacement
They wanted to send a tech team to fix it and I told them I wanted to be in the apartment when anyone is coming
They didn’t seem to understand that and kept on insisting they wanted to send one even if we were out
Just found them really rude
The water was fixed quickly by a really nice guy and looked at the air conditioning as there was a small leak and again they said a person was coming in the apartment the next day at 10 to solve the problem
We waited one hour and a half nobody came
I contacted them and told them to wait until we finished our holiday
We had wasted enough time

Das rápidas respostas e resolução de problemas, do lugar calmo
Alguns acessórios de casa de banho estãk enferrujados e há marcas profundas de blor na cabine de duche. Panelas e frigideiras já deviam ser substituidas porque saiu o "teflon", a cobertura e tudo está "arranhado" por dentto. Houve um barulho durante a noite num dos quartos que incomodava, não conseguimos identificar a irigem.
