Located in a quiet neighborhood, this single-story home with central air conditioning is an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. Enter an open main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV with YouTube TV (stream additional content with your own accounts) and WiFi (fireplace is decorative, not for tenant use). The living room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The dining area has a table and chairs with room for everyone and a slider to the large back deck. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a large island with counter seating. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV with YouTube TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twins. There is a second bathroom with tub/shower. Central air, wood floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms. Washer and dryer in the basement. The large deck with gas grill and outdoor furniture looks out over the backyard. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower and fire pit. The property is less than a mile to two of Eastham's best bay beaches--Cooks Brook Beach (.84 mi) and Campground Beach (.97 mi). Short drive to the best of Eastham including the town's restaurants, ponds, Cape Cod Rail Trail bike and walking path, Nauset Light, the Cape Cod National Seashore's Salt Pond Visitor Center, trails and amazing ocean beaches--Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.

Extremely comfortable, clean, close to beaches and bike path, easy access to destination towns, excellent amenities very close! Mac’s fish market and Hole-in-One doughnuts were fabulous finds!

This house was very comfortable and well equipped. just a short walk to the bay (gorgeous sunsets!) the shops and the highway to explore more of the Cape. 5 minute drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape - Coast Guard, Nauset Light and Marconi. And very close to the nature preserve in Wellfleet. We had a great vacation, thank you so much! Also the house was immaculate when we arrived!

Enjoyed this immaculate house! Lots to offer including a/c 2 baths, fire pit and nice deck. Can walk to the beach but a little under one mile

House was very neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Location was centrally located to see everything around Cape Cod. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting around the campfire. And the deck was so nice to eat our meals on. I would recommend this rental.

This house is cozy and well appointed. 3 ways to make coffee! We stuck with our favorite, the small electric percolator. All appliances work well, including the central air. All kitchen items were neatly stored and fully stocked. The owners must be commended also for investing in high quality mattresses. Very firm and comfortable. The basement is immaculate. Such a quiet and comfy vibe the whole week. Wish we had better weather though we still managed to enjoy the beach. We hope to return next year.

The beach house was perfect for our family and furry pal. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of privacy in the backyard. We loved the beautiful outdoor shower and large gated deck!
