About this house rental

Situated in North Eastham, this attractive house for $325 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Please note, from Memorial Day through Labor Day, we only accept rentals that start and end on Saturdays; we also require that your minimum stay is one week. After Labor Day, we are more flexible with start and end dates as long as their is a 5 night minimum stay. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect mix of classic Cape Cod architecture and charm with modern comforts and amenities. This property is in an ideal location for all of the great activities the Cape has to offer. Walk to the end of our road for easy access to the Bike Path. First Encounter Beach is just 1.5 miles from our driveway and Great Pond is about 2 miles away, a quick bike or car ride. Great Pond (Wiley) is a beautiful freshwater pond with a designated swimming area, perfect for families. Our location in the town of Eastham is very central to the many activities the Cape has to offer: Provincetown is a 30 minute drive; the town of Wellfleet is just 10 minutes away, where you can watch a movie at the Wellfleet Drive In or shop around at the Wellfleet Flea Market; go for a beautiful scenic drive to Chatham for quaint shops; enjoy fine dining in many of the downtown Orleans restaurants only 5 minutes away. There are three National Seashore Beaches within a 5-10 minute drive. The National Seashore Beaches are also accessible via the bike path from the house. Our home is situated on a corner lot with the driveway on a private, seashell lined road. The backyard is quite expansive with area to set up for horseshoes. There is also an outdoor shower (not enclosed, but perfect for rinsing off after the beach) and sizable deck with seating for 10 to enjoy the fresh ocean air. The house has just under 1400 sq ft of living space. The downstairs features a modest sized kitchen which is open to the family room. Kitchen table is set up for 6 but can accommodate 8. The main level includes a full bath and two bedrooms. Upstairs has another full bath and two more bedrooms. Some of the appliances are original to the home but are in great condition, giving the kitchen a retro feel. Parking will accommodate 3-4 vehicles.

We had a great stay at this cozy home. It’s perfect for a small family - we had four adults and one kiddo with us, but there’s room for more. The bedrooms are bright and nice. We enjoyed eating and spending time out on the deck and got to watch wild turkeys and bunnies pass through the yard. The bike path is right down the quiet street, which was great. Easy access to Orleans or Eastham. Kitchen area is small but has a lot of what you need to cook. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location! Very comfortable, attractive, with plenty of kitchen supplies. We did not know that we needed to bring blankets and bed pillows. We will know next time.

We enjoyed the property, the layout was nice and the cottage was well-kept. We had hoped to the outdoor shower was enclosed so showers could have been taken outside. We would suggest better lighting in the kitchen, it was difficult to make meals after dark. All in all it was a very nice cottage and would recommend it to others.

This house was perfect for our family of four and my senior mother. Rooms were good size and very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Large deck, propane grill and fire pit made being outside very comfortable. Communication with owners was top notch. Location is perfect...5 minutes to the beaches and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes to the stores. All this made our week long vacation a perfect stay!

We really enjoyed staying here in Eastham. This was a fairly private location but so close to everything in all directions. The home was lovely as was the yard, deck and firepit. I would certainly visit again!

This was the perfect place to stay for my sister's family and mine. We each have 2 small children. It is less than a mile to First Encounter and is set back from the main road. There is a dead end road that we would take nightly walks on. Aimee was quick to respond to any questions we had and check in was a breeze!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was the perfect size for our family of 6 plus inlaws. It was spacious enough yet quaint. We enjoyed the deck in the evening. The house was very well stocked with all kitchen items. The only suggestion I have is that perhaps they can make an area to store food? Are snack bags often remained on the counter due to the lack of storage space for dry food items. Other than that, everything was perfect! Perfect location for all activites, beach, shopping, etc! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

During these unprecedented times, it was a great relief to me and my family that the property owner went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and worry free as possible. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located near the best the Cape has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone that is considering it. Comfortable home. Great location walking distance to bike path and quick ride to bay or ocean beaches. Quiet property with lots of interesting birds to watch. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice outdoor shower to wash off beach sand. This was our second time at this house and we want to go again
