oh it was wonderful ,the staff all so very kind ,all smiles made us feel so welcome ,the room 112 was so lovely a really big bed ,so nice done out ,and spotless clean ,lovely touches with shampoo conditioner ,and hand cream all smelt so good ,they really do think of the customers here ,i wished we could had stayed more will go back .a lot of people who use the airport stay here ,felt safe as you use the card key for the lift ,and very quite ,the breakfast is amazing ,so much to chose from ,i am 68 never made a waffle before lol but you can make your own ,which was fun ,for what i paid for the money ,it was amazing value ,i would give this 10 out of 10 ,and thanks to the lovely staff who cares ,also if you got a blue badge you dont pay for the car park ,but great hotel felt quiet posh xxx

Convenient for motorway travel, pillows lovely, shower lovely.

Down stairs always too cold especially as the doors are a poor design for letting in the cold air every time someone goes in or out.

Hotel is ideally located close to facilities and town centre. Friendly staff. Car park at hotel is limited but spaces are offered in car park opposite the building. The breakfast area is very small. It was very uncomfortable trying to get breakfast as people were stretching over trying to reach cutlery, toaster etc

Air conditioning doesn't go cool enough, lowest temperature 19 degrees. Room was to warm for comfortable sleeping.

Great, friendly, young team who were all very efficient. Great location being on the roundabout to access the main motoways.

The room was too hot and I couldn't seem to turndown the heating.

The location of the property - friendly staff - spacious communal area downstairs - thought out layout of the rooms - loved the shower room.

To start with - the size of the TV in the room - way too big - some channels looked pixelated - lack of channels as well as you went through he list most were not available. The food and drink was overpriced for what you got - had ordered a side which sounds lovely - parmesan and Cajun topped fries - came out as chips covered in paprika and what seemed like cheddar cheese just grated on to which hadn't even been melted.

It was a bit noisy early in the morning. We were given a disability friendly room (although we aren't disabled) but the features in the room weren't explained to us and we activated the fall alarm in error.

Excellent breakfast. Hotel very easy to find, just off the motorway but still quiet. Room was a good size with comfortable beds and a nice ensuite bathroom. Reasonably priced.

Lovely room, huge comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Fridge was a welcome bonus!

Great location if travelling by coach to or from Heathrow (or Gatwick). Amazingly quiet room considering how close it is to the M40. Very comfortable bed. Walking distance from a supermarket. Excellent breakfast. Also was lucky in getting an early check-in, which was helpful.

Lunch and dinner options were limited and uninspiring (for the price), and/but better places to eat were a fair distance away.

Lovely hotel, rooms were spacious, clean and with comfy bed and pillows. Excellent location. All friendly staff from checking in/out, night staff, housekeeping, and funny bar staff 😃. Good breakfast with plenty of variety. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Had to pay extra for hotel parking! Plus they had a kids menu but charging £18.50 for kids fish fingers and £12.50 for a large glass of wine! Silly prices

Clean and fresh room. The bed is very spacious and comfortable. Good quality bed linen. A small, convenient refrigerator where you can store food. My husband stayed there for 2 nights and it felt like home to us. Good breakfasts, very friendly staff. We were pleased with our stay at the Hampton hotel.

А small inconvenience - the windows do not open. I prefer to sleep with the windows open so that fresh air can come in.

Only disappointment was the bar menu for eating in the evening. Very limited choice and was expensive

There was plenty of choice of breakfast. The staff were constantly keeping everything readily available.
