Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Strand, trotzdem zweite Reihe, sodass der Touri-Strom nicht am Fenster vorbei flaniert. Balkon ist riesig.
Es war umständlich, die Wohnung zu finden mit 3 unterschiedlichen Adressen. (Dollahner Straße, LottumStraße und eig. Adresse Strandpromenade)Das man erst die Karten für die FeWo braucht, um ins Parkhaus (Tiefgarage) zu kommen, wäre von Vorteil gewesen. Gott sei Dank, hat uns ein junger Mann den Tipp gegeben, auch er musste sich erst durchkämpfen. Und wir haben keine Kurkarten erhalten.

Einrichtung, Betten, Bad und Dusche, Top Balkon, alles sauber, ruhiges Haus und ruhige Lage, mit Meerblick, gepflegte Anlage, Strandkorb inklusive, zusammengefasst 5 Sterne ohne Abzüge.
Fahrstuhl defekt bei Anreise, von der Verwaltung nix zu hören, auch nicht bei 3 hinterlegten Telefonnummern niemand erreichbar, das ist bei so einem Top Appartement ein NoGo.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sollte nochmal mit der externen Reinigungsfirma besprochen werden.
