Property itself is beautiful and clean. Many options to keep kids busy. Rooms are beautiful and spacious.
We were charged extra for parking because we booked through Booking. com and lady at the desk told us Booking.com charges her fee, so they charge it customer. This practice seems a bit shady and not fair to customer. If not for Booking, we wouldn’t have heard about this place. It’s the price they pay for advertising and it should not be put on customer. Breakfast is overpriced for what this place is. Good things is they have pretty well equipped little kitchenettes where u can make some food or reheat it and clean the dishes but there’s no paper towels. One dish towel and old sponge is unsanitary for all guests to use.
All food you have to preorder and prepay; you can’t just sit down and order from a menu whenever u want.
They wanted extra money to use sauna which is ridiculous considering what they already charge for the stay. We would choose a different place next time.

Smaczne jedzenie, miła obsługa i właściciele , czyściutko , wygodnie , do stoku spacerkiem 10 min , świetnie zorganizowana strefa spa , wg mnie najlepsze miejsce , w którym mieszkaliśmy do tej pory w Krynicy i okolicach . Naprawdę polecam , zwłaszcza dla rodzin podróżujących z dziećmi .
