Price for the room was great. I got a twin and a single room for family of 5. The rooms weren’t too squeezy. I can see having too many suitcases can get tight. Breakfast was sufficient. Walking distance to Ikebukuro station. I wouldn’t walk around too late with kids because it’s surrounded by host and hostesses clubs.
It was good. I would consider staying here again.

The room was clean, if compact. But you know that going in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The provided breakfast was reasonably substantial and offered much more than a croissant and coffee.
A bit of a distance to the train station, but nothing the takyyubin couldn’t address.

Cleanliness & the politeness of all the staff. The breakfast was good, with changes each day. Simple but tasty food.
The free coffee is too light.

It was fairly cheap and near the station. The room is wide and clean.
The breakfast buffet was cold and the amenities has to be picked up on the front desk which inconvenient.
