Perfect location, near the ikebukuro station, 5 min but foot. You can reach every main point of Tokyo in less than 40 minutes. The room was clean, just a little bit dusty. The staff is really nice and helpful. They also give you a welcome gift (a cocktail, gelato or wine). In the bathroom you can find A LOT of amenities, which was really appreciated! You can ask for limited or full cleaning of the room. The noise of the train didn’t bother us at all, you can merely hear it. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and everything was perfect, definitely would come back!

Good size location great for the area and station.
So close to the station that the train noise was disturbing at times.

It's very close to the train stations and some really cool bars! Enjoyed the bathroom and jacuzzi tub.
It is RIGHT next to the train and our room had a weird industrial porch. It is a smoking room so you can still kind of feel the film of cigarettes' but that was too be expected.
