I chose this hotel because it had an airport taxi shuttle service to Maputo airport. It was only a 10 minute drive away.
The hotel is lovely inside. The staff were welcoming, the food was excellent; plenty of choice with a buffet style array of food.
My room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. All the usual touches such as tea/ coffee, wi-fi,TV etc.
I loved the walk in shower too.
There was nothing that I didn't like.
Not the hotels fault, but at 4am I was woken by the sound of someone knocking on my door, trying to get in ! I supposed it was someone who'd accidentally got the wrong room!
The staff were concerned and checked the CCTV and concluded the same thing.

The room space, the comfort of the bed, the shower. We were received by Natalie, such a beautiful soul and very kind
I honestly didn't notice anything I can say is of concern, we were there for only 1 night so maybe that's why we didn't take much notice of a lot of things but overally, its a beautiful place and would go back whenever I visit Maputo

WiFi was fine
You have ONE waiter per shift and one night when I waited 60 minutes for dinner, you had one chef in the kitchen. And as it’s always pretty slow I imagine that’s how it is most nights.
You are placing an unmanageable amount of work on hard working committed staff.
