Los ruidos a la noche (viernes y sábado) afuera de la calle. El dpto tenia las ventanas de la pieza y.comedor a la calle.

Great location, Gonzalo (the administrator) was very helpful and friendly, good air con/heating.

For improvement: wifi didn't work in the bedroom (wifi extenders could be sought), the floor needed a good wet mop (did not feel comfortable walking around bare foot), and some more hand towels, the building in general had a odd smell.
A few easy fixes would easily turn this into a 9/10
$$$$
