J'ai particulièrement apprécier la localisation de l'appartement, et aussi les balcons qui donnaient sur chaque chambre.
L'appartement était parfait pour 5 personnes.et très bien climatisé

La présence d'un parking était très appréciable
Problème pour accéder au garage de l'appartement en voiture du a la fermeture par des borne du centre ville. Très difficile de se faire ouvrir la borne pour pouvoir accéder au garage (nous étions 5 personnes dont 1 en situation de handicape ) palabre interminable avec le CIRAPS pour l'ouverture de la borne.
Donc attention contacter la mairie afin d'obtenir la procédure d'inscription pour l'accès au centre en voiture, ce qui n'est indiqué nul par et aucune communication sur ce sujet de la part de l'hôte.
Problème avec le mitigeur de la salle de bain .
Problème avec la faiblesse de l'éclairage des toilettes.

Appartamento molto grande e ben attrezzato, in pieno centro ad Avignone. Posizione fantastica, perfetta per visitare la città comodamente a piedi. Ottimo anche il parcheggio, nello stesso stabile e comodamente raggiungibile in ascensore.
Unica pecca, il bagno con il wc molto piccolo e con un’illuminazione praticamente inesistente.

L’emplacement est parfait. La place de parking en sous-sol est également un vrai atout (mais il ne faut pas une trop grosse voiture).
François a été très accueillant. Bref tout était nickel.

Location is great, nice size, two bathrooms.
Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen.
Air con in lounge room was not working, someone had put it on a timer. These things should be checked every time.
Only one toilet for a big apartment with no fan!
Had to make our own duvet covers and strip our own beds and remove all our garbage. This seems ridiculous when such a high fee is paid for cleaning up front.
We were not met on checkout and person did not tell us he wasn’t coming until I messaged. This made us late for our train and I was very annoyed. Rude!
