About this apartment rental
Beautiful, light and modern decor with open concept overlooking one of two pools and the calming beaches of Cozumel. This one bedroom has a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Both the bedroom and the living area have televisions and comfortable furnishings including a pull out sofa bed in the living area. The communal roof top is great for more quiet sun bathing, relaxing, enjoying a meal or watching the beautiful Cozumel sun sets. Located approx. 15 minutes from town, this part of Cozumel is perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all.

I have stayed in this condo many times. Mario, (and wife, Roxy )the property manager, is so kind and helpful. I come here for much needed R&R. The view of beach from balcony is beautiful.

Everything was great. Loved the 1st floor walkout. Great views of the sunsets, the beach and the pools. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Very peaceful & serene. The casa is immaculate and comfortable. Friendly staff! Facilities are fresh and well maintained. It was an awesome trip!

We have stayed at Residencias many times over the years. We have always enjoyed the property and have stayed in multiple homes on the property. I find the staff is always pleasant and nice and the property always in great condition. The home we stayed in this last time was good. It just wasn't great as we have experienced in the past.
