The location was perfect, right in the heart of Alacati town and very close to the main street. The room size was decent and had a balcony.
The staff could not speak English. So unless you speak Turkish this property is not for you. The AC in our room was not working so we had to shift our luggage to another room for the night and next day when we came back our luggage was shifted back to our original room but the AC was still not fixed by then, it only got fixed in the night. Also, we had requested for taxis for Ephesus and next day to airport from the hotel itself. The taxis overcharged us and also arrived late due to which we were about to miss the flight.
Overall its a good property to stay because of the location and room sizes but only if you can speak Turkish. I think they can keep an english speaking staff, that will be very helpful
