All the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Ahmed at reception; he was respectful and friendly.
The restaurant is very small and lacks air conditioning, in addition to the absence of fresh drinks at breakfast. I hope they will pay more attention to the food and drinks, even if it costs extra; the important thing is variety and high quality, like at the other hotel, Royal Day Plaza.

The place is quiet and clean, and the people are very welcoming.

It was totally strange, you have to choose between Egyptian or English breakfast at check-in and the breakfast corner (can’t call it restaurant) is so tiny, extra charge for room breakfast.
The internet is weak everywhere and the Wi-Fi doesn’t even work anymore in the room.
There is no bathtub in the room and no ironing kits.
