The best hotel in Pathanāmthitta, best service, staff, clean beautiful, comfortable rooms, convenient location in the city center, very friendly and responsive staff, who helpes and supports in every question. It's our third stay here, so it's like a family)

The place was very well maintained and organised well
there could have been a place to eat food, since we had to go out hunting for food

One of the staff members (managing the restaurant) asked told us that there was only one option for breakfast ie egg curry and chapatti, since we were with kids we thought of having food elsewhere where there are more suitable breakfast options. At the time of departure when we spoke to the manager he mentioned that they could definitely do more options, which they did. Entire episode and previous day dinner experience (when the same restaurant manager suddenly refused options that he had only offered) left a poor taste. All in all very average experience.
