Kommunikation, Lage und Sauberkeit der Wohnung; Metro und Busse vor der Haustür; sehr viele Bars, Restaurants und Cafes im Viertel; kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf das Geschehen im Quatier.
Esstischplatte sauber, aber optisch schmutzig!!!

Loved the location and that it felt a bit private whilst being in a main area. We could walk to everything and the bed was great.
Some tiles were popped and other water damage in bathroom. Overall minimal though and no real concerns.

It was very clean with lots of lovely light and good amenities.
The metro vibrated the apartment when it went by, not uncommon in Paris but just something we didn’t see in any reviews which would have been good to be aware of. I would still stay here again despite this!

The location was great - about a mile walk to the Louvre and Galeries Lafayette and a quick taxi to Marais. Check-in with a door code was convenient and easy to use. The apartment itself is quite spacious and the staff were friendly and responsive (before our stay).
The shower door does not seal which caused the bathroom to flood every time someone showered - I asked for extra towels to clean up the flooding and was told it may incur an extra fee and then never heard back. Also no shelves in the shower/bathroom to put toiletries. The wood/wall around the shower is waterlogged and the tiles are loose in the bathroom (likely from constant flooding). There was trash underneath the pull out sofa (a half empty water bottle, a mostly empty bag of chips, etc.) No instructions to use the washer/dryer. Only two mirrors in the apartment (one in the bathroom with terrible lighting) - which made it difficult for three women to do their make-up. No hair conditioner provided, and no sugar or cream for the nespresso coffee.
