Comfortable, great views. Clean rooms. Great places to eat nearby.
Parking fees are really high. Should be $15-20 max. Neighborhood is not great. I wouldn't recommend walking anywhere at night, maybe not during the day either. They never asked me for my Bonvoy #.

First trip to ATL and it happened to be the closest hotel to an event I was attending. Hotel is right in the midst of the action. Room was clean, comfy, and the staff were very friendly. Also liked the free filtered water on the floor with reusable water bottles. I was on the 3rd floor and despite all the action downstairs and the nearby bar, I did not hear a peep. Room was near the elevator so I did hear people coming in and out of the elevator, but nothing to complain about.
Some of the furniture in the room could use maintenance - closet doors warped and no longer on the track, daybed cushion by the window could use a deep clean.

The breakfast was hot and delivered in a timely manner . We were offered a $50 gift card even though the breakfast was suppose to be free. The staff is not very friendly from checkout to breakfast. The valet guys were pretty good
The omelet was burnt and the service was nice but a little bit sarcastic when we asked her about breakfast . We could not enjoy the lobby after 8 it felt like a club with lots of people that weren’t staying at the hotel. The employees aren’t very friendly .
