Value, location, views- the view was amazing
Stairs were hard to navigate with luggage- but the view was worth it highly recommend

Attractive building on the water, kept up well, our room did not have water view , was very comfortable

The location was very convenient, just a short drive from the ferry terminal.
The breakfast was excellent - a good range of healthy food.
We didn't see any member of staff in the evening of our arrival. Only Iain at breakfast time.
We thought we had paid for breakfast when we booked, but we had a separate bill for it.
