Spacious Grace Bay home in the Turks and Caicos, with 2 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms located at the private Grace Bay Townhomes development. Most importantly, Grace Bay Townhomes offers an optimal location in the center of the world-renowned Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos Islands. The quality built 2-story townhome is situated in a quiet enclave just off Grace Bay Road. No need for a car because of the close proximity to Grace Bay Beach (just a 5-minute stroll away), grocery store, restaurants, spas, yoga studios, gyms, shopping, and Provo nightlife. Unit B3 is a middle unit in the complex and has an abundant 1552 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor living space. The townhome features high ceilings, modern finishes, lots of storage space as well as a screened-in patio space perfect for dining or just relaxing with a good book and glass of wine. On the main level, the kitchen opens to the bright and inviting living-dining area and has been finished with granite counters and maple cabinets. Located on the second floor each generous bedroom enjoys its own private En suite bathroom. In addition, there are lovely views of the freshwater communal pool and the tropical gardens from both the lower and upper levels.

Property is well maintained and clean. Perfect for young family. Very easy walk to Grace Bay and close to all local shops and restaurants. Bianca was so accommodating and always available to help with our needs. We felt at home at Grace Bay Townhomes and would definitely recommend.

House was extremely clean and well taken care of. Dana met us upon arrival - which is very rare these days and much appreciated.
Kids (6,3,1) had a blast in the pool area and the beach was an easy 4 minute walk.
We had a great time even though we had to cut our vacation short :(

The property was perfect for 2 couples. It was a good location for shopping and excellent restaurants. It was a longer walk than 5 minutes to the beach, but easy and made the property a very good value. The couch in the living room was a little uncomfortable but I would recommend this property. Our hosts made check in and check out very easy and we loved the pool and screened porch.

The property was perfect for 2 couples. It was a good location for shopping and excellent restaurants. It was a longer walk than 5 minutes to the beach, but easy and made the property a very good value. The couch in the living room was a little uncomfortable but I would recommend this property. Our hosts made check in and check out very easy and we loved the pool and screened porch.

The property is just as it is published. It is a 5-7 mins walk to the beach through a path that is found just across the street from the Townhouses. The grocery store is a 5 mins walk. Dana and Scott are friendly and make sure that one of them is there to receive you. As for the additional air containing costs, to keep it affordable, we suggest you put the air conditioning on an hour before going to bed with the doors closed at 78F, the rooms will be cool for the night. We also put the air conditioning on the main area level when we got back to the house in the late afternoon after a day at the beach and turned it off at night. We spent two weeks at the townhouse and did not bust the air conditioning allowance! Overall the townhouse was great, the pool area is always kept clean and it is wonderful to have a screened in porch. Great affordable location 5 mins away from all the top hotels and the beautiful Grace Bay Beach!!!

The kitchen was well equipped with good quality pots and pans, coffeemaker, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. We usually cooked breakfast each morning. We could walk to the very nice grocery store within a few minutes to purchase anything we wanted. The Wi-Fi worked great and with a laptop we could use the internet, including watching videos, anywhere in the unit. The TV also had good channels, including international news, entertainment channels, local news and a lot of sports channels.
The weather was warm and sunny, but breezy during our stay. There were no mosquitoes or no-see-ums in the home or at the pool. We ran the upstairs AC a little to cool down the bedrooms in the evening, but we mainly depended on ceiling fans, open windows and the breezes while sleeping, without any issues. I can imagine that if it is not windy, one would need to run the AC more to keep cool. The beds were comfortable. The pool was very clean and lovely. There were others staying while we were there, but it never seemed crowded and was always very quiet.
We did not rent a car, but during daylight walked everywhere. The short path to the beach also takes you right to many great restaurants, ice cream, a dive shop, and shopping. The unit had beach chairs, but we brought our own lightweight packable beach gear to use. We rented snorkeling equipment at the nearby dive shop and took a taxi to snorkel off the beach. We walked to a nearby resort to meet our ride for a snorkeling outing. We took a taxi home once or twice when we got too far afield for dinner.
Dana and Scott were very helpful and easy to contact. Dana helped us identify the taxi operator where we accidentally left behind a cellphone and we were able to get it back—thank you!
If you want a vacation where you have some extra room to relax and rest, this is a very good place. We would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable in this well-equipped, clean and comfortable townhome. The grocery store is very nearby and the Grace Bay beaches and restaurants are all an easy walk which was very convenient. Dana and Scott were very responsive throughout the booking and planning process and Dana met us to give us a rundown of the property which was very helpful. We did rent a Jeep which was a lot of fun for exploring the whole island during our first trip there. The pool in the back is a quiet oasis after a day at the beach and we miss it already. We (2 couples) stayed at Grace Bay Townhomes for 5 days in Jan-19. The unit was clean and comfortable and very close to everything in Grace Bay. The pool made a nice cool-off spot after a day at the beach and was quiet (and mostly unused by any of the units' tenants) the time we were there. Everything you'd need is there, including kitchen utensils, towels, washer/dryer and even a grill. Only (tiny) suggestion would be to have box fans in the bedrooms - the ceiling fans didn't seem strong enough to keep us cool in the 70+ degree Jan nights.
The Location: As they say, about a 5-7-min walk to Grace Bay beach (all beaches are public, tho the hotels have chairs/umbrellas for their guests). similar walk to shopping in Salt Mills and Graceway Gourmet (grocery). Numerous restaurants/bars in the area to choose from. You could certainly spend your time here w/o a car. OTOH, we did have a car and found it convenient for getting out to Smith's Reef, the Thurs Fish Fry and Turks Head Brewery, as well as to/from the airport. for the 4 of us, it was probably break-even vs taking cabs each trip, but the flexibility was definitely worth it. There's also a couple public parking lots closer (along the walking path) to the beach, which made it easier to carry chairs/bags, etc.
Dana & Scott met us when we arrived, gave us a run-down of the unit / area / house rules (close & lock the windows when you leave in case it rains!). answered all our questions about the area. VERY QUICK to reply during and after booking, and when we had a few Qs while we were in TCI.

This is a beautiful townhome. There are only about 6 units, which make this a wonderfully quiet space - we had the very well maintained pool to ourselves almost every day! The home itself is big & bright. Both bedrooms upstairs have an en-suite and and additional bathroom on the main floor. Only consideration may be that the AC compressor is in the second bedroom (two single beds), which is a bit noisy if there are light sleepers. It was great for us however, as it worked like a light sound machine for our sleeping daughter! Bonus! The beds were super comfortable as well (something you don’t often get in our experience with rentals).
Loved having the big screened in porch - it was so nice to have meals outside without worrying about mosquitoes! Dana was awesome, easy and quick with communication and any assistance. We had our 8 month old & they provided a pack & play and a new booster seat (easily & safely strapped to the outdoor chair) made for a great “high chair” - and we didn’t have to bring anything extra along.
There is a small path that leads directly from the townhome right to Grace Bay beach - about a 5 minute walk max. Same distance to the grocery store, which was so convenient. Although we always rent a car for the week, there are lots of great restaurants all within walking distance as well. The location is really perfect - and so is this home! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate to book it.

The home is a well-stocked with adequate linens, towels, kitchen/cooking items, beach equipment and also very well furnished. Really the only downside is that the blinds are light and thin not providing much darkness when you are sleeping or insulation in general. Plenty of mosquitoes so we didn't use the screened in porch but it is spacious. And the pool is right in the back which was very convenient. When the air conditioning is off, the home does get very warm but it cools off very quickly and there are ceiling fans. It’s very efficient air conditioning and comfortable when on. There are a hard floors throughout the home which I prefer to carpet. Laundry room. Large walk-in closet’s with hangers. Nice bathrooms. A cell phone is even provided for local calls! Very convenient to various restaurants, hotels, and beaches. Recommend renting a car. We will return for sure.

We had a great time in T&C. The Townhome was in a perfect place for us. The beach was just down a walk path and there were many restaurants we could walk to. There was also shopping close by and the grocery store was right around the corner. We will defenately be back. The owners were fantastic, waiting as our flight was delayed. Beautiful place. Very clean, walking distance to supermarket and village. Worked well for a family of 5. Towels could be updated. Beds were comfortable linens and bedspreads were clean and nice.
The pool was clean and we really enjoyed it after a day at the beach. Hosts were very friendly but strict. Would definitely rebook!

The Grace Bay Town Homes are located in the middle of Grace Bay in a quiet neighborhood. They are very close to the beach. Everything is walking distance if you do not mind to walk. You need a car to visit the rest of the island.
We enjoyed the beautiful garden around the pool. It is a real gem.
The condo is very comfortable, the only surprise was for us that the electricity is not included in the rent.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of Grace bay
The Grace Bay Town Homes are located in the middle of Grace Bay in a quiet neighborhood. They are very close to the beach. Everything is walking distance if you do not mind to walk. You need a car to visit the rest of the island.
We enjoyed the beautiful garden around the pool. It is a real gem.
The condo is very comfortable, the only surprise was for us that the electricity is not included in the rent.
