Thank you so much to the beautiful family that run Casa Bonita! I arrived in the afternoon during their family celebrations for the 7th anniversary and was immediately welcomed in (with cake, singing, dancing etc!). As a solo female traveller in Honduras I had felt a bit nervous about my stay in San Pedro Sula but I cannot explain how safe and welcomed I felt here in La Lima. I spent the afternoon cycling around in the hotels bike exploring the area, and could walk to the shops to get food very nearby. Was meant to be just a one night rest before my flight and ended up being on of my favourite hotels of the whole trip due to the incredible hospitality. Gracias!!!

What I liked most about this property was its charming, romantic atmosphere. I had my baby girl with me, so I couldn’t exactly turn it into a romantic getaway, but that didn’t take away from how wonderful this place was. If you’re flying into Honduras and looking for a peaceful place to relax, this hotel is an excellent choice. The beautiful porch is perfect for sitting back and enjoying breakfast while taking in the surroundings. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a quiet, welcoming place that’s ideal for travelers looking to unwind and enjoy their stay in Honduras.
What I liked most about this property was its unique charm and elegant atmosphere. The hotel has a very regal feel that makes your stay feel special from the moment you arrive. Everything about the property reflects character, comfort, and hospitality. It is a place where you can truly relax and enjoy your surroundings. I will definitely stay here again and plan to return every time I visit Honduras. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Perfect for a stay during a layover or if you need to fly from SPS the next day. The hotel taxi driver and everyone at the accommodation is really nice.

Quiet area and we were greeted upon our arrival
In a terrible location. Very sketchy at night and didn’t feel very safe there. Only one restaurant / bar within walking distance at a local golf club. Fairly close to the airport
