The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with beautiful views and plenty of great restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Perfect location. Rooftop restaurant and bar always a pleasure to use. Staff are so helpful and friendly.
Only one thing which could have been better would have been a walk in shower(rather than over bath shower)

The location is excellent and Stavros, the member of staff that welcomed us on arrival was exceptional.
Initially the room appeared up to standard but on closer inspection there were many negative aspects that definitely didn't belong in a four star hotel.
Room 207 had a bathtub which we ourselves requested but the tub itself was old and shaped in a way that would only cater for children and young lean adults. The dressing table mirror only showed ones waist while standing and even worse while sitting as one needed to hunch. The television screen was so dull, one battled to see. The telephone was cheap plastic and broken and when I needed to call reception, I had to use my cellphone and call the hotel's external number, the couch-bed was so uncomfortable one could sit in it no more than 10 minutes. The departure staff on the morning of Thursday the 8th of April was rude, keeping a 64 year old disabled man standing for over half an hour for attendance. Should I go on?
