The apartment is a co share with a retirement home on the norther edge of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, very well serviced with a local bar/ pizzeria, supermarche & bus stop for Avignon & Villeneuve-lès-Avignon all within 5 minutes walk. Apartment was clean & well serviced with a balcony.

parking spacious rooms comfortable bed elevator short car ride to grocery
safety features… security on cooking plate. lack of sink cover to do dishes absence of tea kettle or coffee maker… a lot of small details which would make it excellent

+ very clean modern spacious 1 bedroom appartement. You feel like in a small house.
+ wifi worked good
+ staff very friendly and helpfull
+ with roller shutter system you keep it cool from the sun (it was 35+ degree)
+ Its senior citizen centre so dont be surprised if you have contact with any of them
- location was more far from avignon than we expected
- address seems not correct on google (june-2022)
- no AC on hot days was really a miss

We were 2 family members travelling together, and had a comfortable night. We had brought our own breakfast but were welcomed in the dining room for a coffee, which they were happy to offer. Thank you.
We couldn't find the 'hotel'. It's not a hotel. It's a spare room rented out in an aged person's home. This wasn't made clear, so we drove around the complex of large, matching apartment blocks in the dark, as 8pm approached and the front desk would close. We got there after sending a 'help' message directly to the 'hotel' as messages sent through Booking.com hadn't got through. We arrived as the desk was being shut down, given the keys and were thankful for finding them.
