This listing includes a 1 Bedroom as well as a 2 Bedroom directly next to each other on the top/5th floor. (There is not an interior door.) You will have the comforts of both condos. Enjoy TWO thermostats, TWO full kitchens, TWO living areas, THREE master bedrooms and most importantly TWO relaxing balconies. You will have expansive views, overlooking the Cayes or Bayside of San Pedro, from EVERY room. The Sunset views are simply breathtaking. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION We are an easy 1.5 mile golf cart ride North of San Pedro. Our resort, Sunset Caribe, is located nicely between the fun of downtown San Pedro and the popular attractions, beach vibes and luxury of Northern Ambergris Caye. *Please note - The construction of our condo and building is finished. However, Sunset Caribe is currently expanding to the South of us. You may hear some construction noise between the hours of 7:30am - 5:00pm. Fortunately, our condo is on the top floor and located towards the North side of our building which is the farthest distance from potential construction noise. As part of the "Caribeville" community, you will have access to several services. • The San Pedro Urgent Care building is a four story facility which includes the private clinic offering medical services to the public during regular business hours and 24 hour emergency care to owners and guests. • The Spa and Salon is also located in the San Pedro Urgent Care building. • Rain Restaurant (located at the top of the "Rain" building) is known for its outstanding Caribbean and American cuisine with seating in a covered yet open environment. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. • Aqua Restaurant (located inside on the 3rd floor of the "Rain" building) is known for sushi and seafood. Don't miss sushi night! • Beach Basket Grocery (located on 1st floor of the "Rain" building) is the onsite small grocery store and includes beer, wine and liquor as well as provisioning services prior to your arrival. Our Condo Features: - 5th Floor 3 Bedroom Condo with expansive sunset views - TWO Full Kitchens with quartz islands and countertops (Each kitchen has dining for 4 people) - 1st Master Bedroom includes a closet, chest of drawers, safe, iron/ironing board, 42 inch smart TV, SONOS speaker and 2 luggage racks. - 2nd Master Bedroom includes a closet, chest of drawers, safe, 42 inch smart TV, SONOS speaker and 2 luggage racks. This room has the option of 1 King size bed or two twins. **Please notify us your preference prior to arrival** - 3rd Master Bedroom includes a closet, chest of drawers, safe, iron/ironing board, 42 inch smart TV, SONOS speaker and 2 luggage racks. - ALL THREE Bathrooms have a large walk in shower, hair dryer, make-up mirror as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. - TWO Living rooms. Each include a queen sleeper sectional, 57 inch smart TV and a SONOS speaker - TWO Patios with 5th Floor Bayside Sunset views; (Each patio has seating for 4 people) - Added Bonus: This condo has Vitamix Blenders, Keurigs, 12-cup coffee makers, French Press, coffee grinders, waffle makers, electric skillets, hand held blenders, 2 quart pitchers to fill water/lemonade, spice rack, upgraded kitchen faucets, yoga matts, luggage scales, umbrellas, flashlights, binoculars, cards & dice in TV stand, USB outlets throughout for charging your devices and a Pack-N-Play (available upon request) - Pool and beach toys: cooler beach bags, frisbees, footballs, floaties etc... in living room baskets Features of Sunset Caribe: - 2 Elevators - Generator - have WiFi, hot water, TV, coffee, lights etc when other rentals do not. - Double reverse osmosis water filtration system - Never run out of water & always have good water pressure. - Concrete construction Included with your Sunset Caribe Rental: - 24 Hour Security - Housekeeping upon request - Wireless Internet Access (fastest in Belize!) - Satellite Television with Premium Channels - Pool/beach towels - Two 130' long pools with 8 shallow areas to sit and socialize with friends. The Sunset Caribe is a brand spanking new property associated with the Grand Caribe. It is facing the lagoon side and we enjoyed incredible sunsets every evening. Tourism is just starting to return to San Pedro and we nearly had the entire facility to ourselves. There was a hot tub, a large pool, and pool bar that we were able to enjoy. The units (a connecting one bedroom and two bedroom) were furnished with literally everything we needed to accommodate our party of 6. In fact, having stayed at many vrbo properties in the past, this was probably the best equipped vrbo that we have stayed in… it even included a cooler bag that we used at the beach! The location, just north of the bridge, was great with walking distance to the grocery store and Grand Caribe and a short golf cart drive from the Truck Stop. Mariah was a great host who was extremely responsive to our questions. Overall a great trip!
