About this house rental

Situated in Pitt Meadows, this lovely house for $108 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Brand new house with brand new self-contain 2 bed/ 1.5 bath basement suite with the private entrance in beautiful Silver Valley in Maple Ridge, BC. For your convenience, is all brand new furniture with two queen and one king bed. We decorate it nicely and put very comfortable mattresses with pillow tops. Every room has its own washroom!!!! It is a rare found!!! Full pantry, fruits, snacks, milk and much more for you:) House rules: No smoking! No pets!!! No shoes in the house! Why are we the best: 1. We have 2 bathrooms, it is very good for a large family and it is a rare find! 2. We have everything new and bought especially for you, no old sofas and mattresses!! 3. We are extremely clean, you can't find a single hair from the previous guests. 4. It's very quiet here, there are no young children upstairs, so you can relax at any time of the day! 5. We fill the refrigerator and pantry with food, you will have everything for breakfast and snacks! 6. We are located near the forest, so a lot of beautiful trails around, the lakes and rivers are very close too! All beaches are close to us, it feels like a resort here! 7. Our location is perfect, we are close to Vancouver downtown and Hemlock ski resort!! 8. We provide you with everything you need for a happy and no-stress stay! 9. Our home is luxurious and cozy, you won't find such a beautiful house!🥰🎶🎉 10. Our unit is self-contained and fully private with a separate entrance, you will not cross with the house owners!

We are a family of 4 - it really was convenient to have 2 toilets. The unit was very clean & nicely set up. King & Queen beds are always a plus for tall people. Lovely to have breakfast items stocked in fridge along with snacks. The owners were great to communicate with.

Professionally finished and decorated in the heart of Maple Ridge this is wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature. The suite is spotlessly clean with steamed towels and a well stocked fridge and cabinets. We were greeted with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine! We want to thank Olena for going the extra mile, We appreciated it!
