Great location!

Location was perfect. Close to the square, restaurants, shops and beach. Doesn't get better!

Our unit had a terrible sewage smell which was out of the hosts hands. The host was very kind and quick to help fix and resolve the issue. We were very happy with the resolution.

Great location right there in the main pedestrian street - walk to shops, the beach and more

Amazing location. Apartment is shared inside a larger property. It has a private bathroom and small kitchen for something quick. Great light with huge windows and most importantly it has an AC unit special for summer vacation. We will definitely be coming back.

Ideal accomodation for a beach Holiday in Pescara.

The location, close to the beach and the main streets. The bathroom was clean and recently renovated with a new douche and wide sink. We could borrow a parasol from the owner for the beach. There was airco and an electric cooking plate.

If you look in more detail, the hygienics in the accomodation (main and sleeping room) could be better (i.e. stains on the couch, carpet and fridge). The walls could use a refreshment of paint. The bathroom was recently renovated and clean.

Top location near the beach. Late checkout possible and beach umbrella from the apartment :).

Perfect location, near the beach and nice restaurants. Fabrizzio was very friendly and we could stay a few hours longer for a late checkout due to our late flight back. Borrowing the beach umbrella was very welcome!

In the beginning there were some ambiguities in the payement and experienced some Italian impatience. That was cleared up fast so we could enjoy the apartement.
