Designed to be a one or two night accommodation, this is a lovely place near the airport. Coffee, tea, pastries, meat and cheese, juice and water were all in the well stocked fridge! The hosts were gracious enough to bring more coffee pods since we stayed two nights. Large space to accommodate a family or group.
It would be nice if there was more seating in the lounge area. There was only one couch and there is room for additional seating which would make sense since the accommodation easily sleeps 8.

The breakfast was a continental type which the hosts supplied by stocking the fridge and counter with breakfast type items and other items. A full size container of milk, juice boxes for the kids, packaged meats and cheese and various breads and buns, and lots of coffee and tea. This was way more than we expected. Aurora & Ilaria were fantastic hosts. Prompt in responding to messages and extremely helpful. They arranged rides for us from the airport train terminal and then back to the airport. They are just fantastic hosts and people!
There was nothing we did not like. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

- The location is in Fiumicino, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. It was fine for an overnight stay before getting to the airport. It was okay. The nearest grocery is about 12 minutes away (walking). Walked to a beach in about 20-25 min. Taxi is 30-35 euros to the airport. The host called for a transfer our second day, and that was only 30 euros.
- It is spacious, so it would be good for a larger group.
- We didn't have time to stop for breakfast, so can't speak to that.
- Wifi was fine. We had to restart it at one point since it was not working, but that solved the problem.
- AC was fine after about an hour or two.
A few things helpful to know:
- There is a nice panini maker in the kitchen
- TV is not a smart TV, so no way to access Netflix, etc.
- Both bathroom stalls had black mold in them. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was covered with mold at the bottom.
- Location feels odd. It's in a residential area, and even though it's close to the airport, it felt quite off the beaten path. Seems like tourists are not often in that neighborhood
- Bedding was only okay. Just a thin blanket and sheets.
- Front bedroom gets street noise, but there is a nice tree out the window.
- Didn't feel like it was a good value for the price.
