Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and polite. Specially Mrs Violeta Bravo and we called the chef to congratulate him in person The hotel was very close to where we wanted to go in Caracas

Great food, view in our room and clean.
The room was a little warm and we couldn’t adjust the temperature.

Good hotel with a great location. The hotel provided a good breakfast and also, it has a terrace with nice views to the city.
The first assigned room had problems with the ceiling roof. Although they changed, they did not realize about it, leading to discomfort of us as customers.
