The property is excellent and located at a very good height giving exceptional views over Chail. It is adjoining the Chail wildlife sanctuary. So, peace and nature are abundant.
The service was very poor. The in-room dining food is below average. The restaurant Staff and services are extremely slow even in off season. We paid 180€ per night and did not expect the services to be so bad.
