Within eyesight from the balcony is the Mercedes Benz Stadium, CNN building, Apparel Mart, Hard Rock Cafe, Georgia Chamber, Georgia Pacific Building, Famous 191 Peachtree Twin Towers, sweeping views down Peachtree Street. This Penthouse is a quiet, cozy and jazzy sanctuary in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta. It is designed comfortably for 2 people but can sleep 4. There is a king sized posturepedic bed in the master bedroom and a comfy queen size air mattress with headboard and built in pump that can be set up within minutes in the living room. There is even a twin size rollaway bed...just in case! The entire condo has only hardwood flooring and tile flooring. Very clean and spacious. As soon as you walk in this unit, you will know it is special. Even the priciest hotels don't have the magnificent views that this condo affords.

Everything was great my wife and I enjoyed the visit close to everything like food stores we wasn’t even ready to go we will return for another visit thanks again for everything we didn’t need anything

I had a difficult time locating the property and parking but the owner was extremely helpful! :) - The smell from the neighbor's cooking was a little overwhelming at times but I spend most of the days and nights at a convention so it wasn't unbearable when I was there. The unit itself was cute and spacious, but it could use some updating and there were a few minor maintenance needs but overall, it was good for my stay. I truly appreciated the Keurig, and the views from the 24th-floor screened-in balcony were amazing, especially at night. I chose this unit due to it being so close to the venue I was at for a conference for the week. It's pretty much within walking distance to everything.

We had a great time staying at the penthouse condo! The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location close to all the downtown attractions. The host Desiree was awesome and very responsive to any questions and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

I love when the host answers when you call because some things require immediate attention. I didn’t want to bother her but if I needed to, she answered. We came to Atlanta to see Dave Chapelle at the State Farm Arena….around the corner. The show exceeded our expectations since Dave brought some surprise guests along with him!!! The building was so quiet and private. I loved the balcony. I’d come back just for the view. I didn’t want to get out of the shower. The bed held you like a bean bag hug, and the place was stocked with everything. Having a parking space was one of the main reasons I booked here, and it mattered more than anything in the world since most places start at $10/hr. The option to walk everywhere was a plus since we caught the end of the summer weather! Can’t wait to come back, and I only wanna stay in this same location. Location location location!

The property was in the best possible location for our stay in Atlanta. It had parking included and most activites were within walking distance. The patio had rocking chairs and was great place ot have coffee in the morining. Bakery was less than half a block away. The rooms were comfortable and had ceiling fans. We were in town when most days heat index was over 100 degrees and the air conditioning worked great. Had full size refrigerator, dishwasher and glass top stove and regurlar oven plus good size microwave. It is not a new property but well kept. The bathroom had been redone and great walk in shower . Plenty of hot water. Desiree was truely a Premier host. She was responsive when we had a question, before and during our stay, and took care of a situation when it occured. We had no worries. Would definately stay there again when in Atlanta. Building is secure with 24 hour controlled access. Laundry facilities in basement but we didn't require them. We give Desiree 5 stars as a host!!!

This property has the best view of Downtown Atlanta! The property is close to the Coke museum and other attractions in the same vicinity. All were just a few blocks from this condo! Also, tons of places to eat and a CVS are just steps away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Atlanta. The condo has all the amenities you would need for cooking or staying in. The condo is well furnished and was quite nice when we were in the room. The host was constantly engaged and extremely helpful. We most certainly will be staying here again when visiting Atlanta!

I had a large business conference at the convention center. This property is not just WAY cheaper than any hotel in town, it's much nicer. Full kitchen, nice den with a BIG TV, comfortable king size bed all on the top floor of this building. Plus - FREE parking. Try to find that at a hotel in town. The hostess is very responsive. I will certainly try to stay here again the next time I am in Atlanta.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Desiree was very responsive with any questions we had and offered great suggestions of dinner places and things to do. The condo was clean and well kept. We appreciate the opportunity to stay and the effort she put in to ensure we had an amazing stay.

This was a fantastic apartment, Desiree was great with communication and check-in assistance. The View was a gift to see each morning and night. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Bed was a comfy romp...big and cozy. Building security seemed secure and the included parking space was a phenomenal plus. It was a convenient walk to most downtown Atlanta attractions & Centennial park. The Bus stop was just across the street. If you don't live downtown in a larger city, be prepared to address people asking for money outside the building . Overall, Would highly recommend!

It was a little difficult to figure out where to enter the parking lot for the parking space, but we eventually figured it out.
The front desk was friendly, but less than accommodating whenever asking about obtaining a cart for our luggage. They told us where to access it, but the door was locked when we tried to get one. When we said something to the front desk, their response was, oh they forgot to unlock it, but took no action to unlock the doors so we could get a cart, nor did they give my husbands ID back right then seeing the point of retaining his ID was to use a cart. Also, it would have been nice for them to suggest going to the room before attempting to bring anything in, so that we could obtain the faubs to access the building from the ground. Nevertheless, once we figured all of that out, access was easy.
The room itself was nice. We honestly didn't realize the sofa bed wasn't functional. Just a miscommunication and it all worked out, but FYI on the checklist to do prior to checkout, there is verbiage to suggest removing linens from the pull out sofa if applicable, suggesting the sofa bed was, in fact, usable.
The main bed was VERY comfortable. We really liked having a full kitchen with full size appliances. We really did like the space overall and other than a few bumps, it's a great place to spend a few days, with the comforts of home without the inflated cost of surrounding basic hotel rooms. We definitely preferred this setting versus the alternative.

Whoops, maybe my sister and I should have ordered breakfast! It was very accessible (within mile of I-75). Close to State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz, etc. Desiree was "spot on everything"! Much appreciation to her. Private and Comfortable!!!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. We went to a concert at the State Farm arena and this location was great. So nice to have your own parking spot. The location makes it easy to hop on the highway and explore other parts of Atlanta. The bed and couches are very comfortable which made it nice when we wanted to relax. The views from the balcony are great. Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and neat. Amazing view of the city at night. Loved that we could walk to the Mercedes-Benz arena, centennial park, the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, and so much more. Restaurants everywhere. Such a great location and a beautiful place to stay.

The penthouse suite with an enclosed balcony view of Atlanta was perfect. This older, well maintained building, nestled in the heart of downtown Atlanta was exactly what I needed. The people I met were friendly and kind. I felt right at home. I loved the king sized bed, excellent air conditioning, the reserved parking space, and the front desk service. Overall, a memorable Atlanta escape.

The property was great. It offered everything we needed and wanted during our weeklong stay. (The only concern was the parking lot area. Although the parking is fenced in-we noticed several vehicles with broken windows.) Be sure to remove all visible objects from outside viewing.) We had no issues with our vehicle while there. We plan to return in the future.

In the skyline!
We enjoyed exploring Atlanta and relaxing on the top floor of this wonderful condo. It was easy to come and go out of the unit and the building. It was great to watch the NBA playoffs on the large screen tv, I really loved the fireplace and the bed was comfy. Desiree was a great hostess. She communicates easily and quickly and clearly. Being high up in the maze of skyscrapers was a real pleasure as we sat out on the balcony, or when we just glanced over from anywhere in the unit.
