First impression was it was a lovely modern little apartment, but it was a disappointing experience. The interior decor is nice although upon close inspection it was quite dirty. Outside the property there is a stain on the floor. The kitchen area where all utensils, pots, pans, were dirty. But there were no tea towels, bin bags, cleaning products that were provided. There is a washing machine but there were old pods stuck to the cabinet under the sink. So we had to buy our own. Just be prepared to buy your own stuff for your stay. In addition, they only provided 2 toilet rolls only for the duration of our stay. There was only one hanger in the wardrobe. So don’t bother unpacking. Hot water wasn’t instant, you would need to always set it on timer before you can use the hot water from the boiler. But the hot water would seem to run out after one or two showers. In addition, the Wi-Fi was the main issue. Upon arrival it wasn’t working and so we had no internet for almost 2 days - and had to continuously call the owners and get it fixed several times which was quite frankly getting to be very frustrating! In addition, just be prepared to hear other tenants near the flat at night but that is not the owners fault and it is out of their control. The host Amir responded quickly enough, and was helpful and courteous. It was just annoying the number they provided for my property host wouldn’t work at times or they were unhelpful but the number through booking.com they were helpful. Furthermore, it was a cosy enough apartment with the decor and some of the furniture and could have been made lovely but no love or attention to the property. The sofa bed had a weird smell and it was very uncomfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on. But overall, it was adequate experience that allowed me to be with my family over the New Years but it was not well equipped or clean as you would expect it to be.

Very Cozy and Comfortable Apartment. feel at home. very comfortable bed, has a fan which was perfect for hot days. Internet Good For my wife's studies. Good TV catches Several Open Channels and Netflix. service was very fast and friendly. The staff that handed over the key was very helpful in letting us know everything. I will definitely go back to the Apartment. the apartment has Acoustic Isolation and does not listen to the neighbor, which was very good for my wife's studies. I feel safe the building has always remained closed. and friendly neighbors and Family Environment.

I have nothing to complain about! my stay was very good. I could only say a fault of the staff who forgot to take us a frying pan to make an omelette that was missing from the apartment. We were waiting and he didn't take us. but it wasn't anything serious. we made with what was in the kitchen.

1. The building is new but management is weak, which can be summarised below: a The corridors are smelly due to the residents leaking garbage. b. The lifts are 50% working c. The public areas are cleaned once every 10 days! 2. The location is 7 minutes walk from the city centre, but the surroundings are deserted factories and warehouses, which give the impression of safety concerns. 3. Residents are young and party a lot in addition to the hygiene issues. Sometimes they leave garbage outside and in the corridors. 4. There is heavy use of marijuana. You cannot open the window for 20 minutes without being part of this terrible habit. 5. Cleaning kits were not complete.

The location of the apartment within d building (3rd floor). Furniture was good ,bathroom n bedroom.

Oh! the kitchen cabinet was falling apart, stains on d wall , cracked plates n cups, the couch was very old N smelly, There was no cleaning products. The door bell didn't work so we had to go all d way to d ground floor to bring a visitor upstairs. The exit lobby to the court yard was constantly smelling. The apartment was a good one but d dirty n old couch spoilt the experience for me cos we sat on d floor most of the time
