Perfect stay!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!
Close to everything.
Staff are always available for any questions and even when I didn't have any data to contact once I was nearby, Natali was flexible and kind to help out.
Safe and secure.

We could not access the apartment because of a water leak, so we lost a couple of hours and we could not leave our bags, so we had to bring them with us. There was a choice to lock them in a locker, but then we had to pay for our luggage our selves. They could have provided a better solution.
Other than that, It war a great stay

Excellent location - near key sites, restaurants and shopping - but peacefully tucked away.

The apartment had all the utilities, and the location is superb, in the city centre, close to everything you need, but still in a quiet street
The apartment is very dark because it was on the ground floor and the only windows are from the inner courtyard. Also it was quite humid, and despite the de-humidifier machine, we found it more convenient to keep the windows open (however, any neighbours could see then directly into our apartment and us, which is not really ideal)
