Comfortable bed
The bathroom was small with a tiny sink, could hardly turn around. We could only get hot water as there was something wrong with shower taps

Loads of parking, pleasant and helpful staff.
Shower was incredibly hot (too hot to stand under) and despite maintenance saying it had been fixed, it has not been so was not able to shower.
Room could benefit from a lick of fresh paint.

We were there attending a friend's wedding and found the location easy enough to find. Quiet location and close to Bromley high Street (but not like it used to be years ago, once a beautiful busy area, now run down and no where near the thriving busy shopping area which used to be a joy to go and visit)
We were told that we had been upgraded to a premier room.Well if what we got was a premier room, we had another name for it. Small, cramped and over priced box room. We have stayed in Holiday Inn hotels for far less and with bigger more comfortable rooms where you can walk around without having to feel crowded. The bar staff needed training on what drinks are, as the two ladies that served me, had no clue what a white wine spritzer was. And one admitted that she didn't know how to pour a beer👀🤦 Seriously! You expect better service than that when paying £200+ to stay for one night at an alleged premier hotel.
