Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Sehr modern, großer Garten und direkt am Meer.

Location and proximity to the beach less than 50m away.
Residence is spacious and comfortable and has a yard / garden at the front where you can host friends or relax. Walk up from the beach and come to your own space
Attention to detail and only x1 change of linen / towels in 19days.
The property was not deeply cleaned - e.g behind doors and between the washing machine and wall evidently it had not been cleaned. Equally the couches are stained due to usage (wear and tear type staining)
The garden looks nothing like the photos - grass was overgrown and nothing was done about it despite raising this with both the host or the owner. More vegetation than the photos that detracted some of the views and was overgrown.
No screening from the yard to the beach bar (En Plo) directly next door - feels like you are on display.
Overall maintenance was ordinary - No batteries in TV remotes. After installing batteries could not get the channels to work. Fly screens did not work and got replaced during the stay after raising this is as an issue. A/C maintenance was poor and was attended to after one of the A/C began to leak.
Building material dumped under stairs directly outside the dining table window which was unpleasant.
Cafes and breakfast options before 930-10am are virtually non existent
