Best Western Saint-Louis - Grand Paris - Vincennes

Excellent location and welcoming staff, clean rooms and nice breakfast

There are no family rooms, and although the staff did everything to accommodate our family and put us in nearby rooms, it is less ideal for families with young kids

The staff, the breakfast and the location were very nice.

The room was too small.

The location was just perfect, right next to the Vincent Castle

The stuff is just amazing. Ben, Sami and Charlotte (might confuse some names, as I have decided to write a review after almost a month) Those three guys were truly helpful in every aspect, 24/7. I will definitely stay there once again!

staff was friendly but could not address our concerns

Room was very small. Queen size beed took up most of the room. The weather was cold. They did not turn the heat on. When we asked for blankets the staff person could only find sheets. We were told the heat would not be on for a few more days. On Sunday, Sept. 28th we were locked out of the building. We eventually knowked on a hotel window. A guest found the staff person. It was midnight. Staff was great. The Bestwesten facility was not. We would like a refund or to be comped for a future stay. Staff was notified of our concerns as we checked out.
