About this house rental
In Kulhuse, you will find this peacefully located holiday home. The kitchen/dining area and living room feature panoramic windows and direct access to the large terrace, built in 2021. Part of the terrace is covered, providing the perfect setting to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset over the treetops. The house offers a bright and open-plan kitchen/dining area with access to the living room. There is also a bathroom and an outdoor shower. From the kitchen, you can step out into a cosy, enclosed, and private courtyard of approximately 40 m², where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. There are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed (70 x 185 cm), primarily suitable for children, and the other with a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. The house is ideal for families with children. The owners provide a selection of children's books, toys, books, and games for both indoor and outdoor use. The child-friendly beach is only 400 metres down the road. A high chair, changing mat, potty, baby bathtub, and two Tripp Trapp high chairs are available for guests to use. The property is set on a lovely, well-maintained, large, and secluded natural plot with a football field and charming paths where children can play football and build dens. There are football goals and a fire pit. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
