The room was lovely and so were the staff. We had an evening meal and the food was excellent. Only there for one night so nice to take a slow walk down to the water,
We had chosen the hotel specifically because the child in the party wanted a hotel with a pool - when we arrived the pool was out of action and nobody had let us know. We were able to use the pool before we left the next morning, but it had not had time to heat up and was freezing. This spoilt our enjoyment of the spa facilities which were a main point of our visit.

Friendly staff. Good food at breakfast and evening meal in restaurant. Decent rooms.
Shame the pool and spa not in working condition.

The staff, especially, Monika ?? The Polish lady, were really lovely.
They definetly need new mattresses and more lights. Everywhere was dark. I appreciate it would be really difficult to much about about it, but the bedroom was very, very hot. There were only 2 tiny windows that opened part way. We didn't know there was a caravan park.
